Prepare two project outlines using Microsoft® Project.
As a project manager, you are going to prepare two project outlines for the development of a mobile application. One project outline uses a waterfall model, another uses an agile method. You should submit 2 Microsoft Project files for this assignment, do not give me screen shots, I need the actual file. Your MS Project files should contain an adequate number of Main and Subtasks for the project (i.e. do not give me 3 subtasks and assume that is good; I also do not need 110 subtasks listed for each item). Ensure that tasks/subtasks are named appropriately (i.e. use wording like "perform user testing" vs "test"). Are the task/subtasks consistent? (i.e., no-overlapping activities where you do the same thing multiple times or tasks that are not in order for project completion). Develop the task sequence by establishing task dependencies. Do the task dependencies make sense? (i.e. You can't have a step called "Publish Test Plan" and then the step following is "Write Test Plan"...they are out of sequence). Ensure you establish realistic start/finish dates.
Include a 200- to 300-word explanation (MS document) of how the two project outlines differ.
