This seminar presents the various counseling techniques that are successful in treating children and adolescents. The unique counseling needs of children and adolescents are identified and special techniques and traditional methodologies are considered. Specific topics such as peer relationships, sexuality, abuse, substance abuse, and ethical treatment of children are also reviewed.
